SEAFARERS
FISHING VESSELS APPLICATION
Applications should contain the following information:
1. Seamen applications with medical form and drug test results not older than 1 year
2. Two (2) color passport size pictures
3. All officers – copies of their license & or radio license.
4. All ratings (AB, MOTORMEN, BOSUN) must have reference letters referring to rank and sea time for what they are applying for.
5. Reference letters for all seamen from owner or manning agency containing the vessel name and names of the seamen who are applying for Vanuatu documents.
