SEAFARERS
FISHING VESSELS APPLICATION
Applications should contain the following:
1. Seamen applications with medical forms and drug test results not older than 1 year.
2. Two (2) color passport size pictures.
3. All officers – copies of their licenses &/-or radio licenses.
4. All ratings (AB, MOTORMEN, BOSUN) must have reference letters referring to rank and sea time for what they are applying for.
5. Reference letters for all seamen from owner or manning agencies, containing the vessel name and names of the seamen who are applying for Vanuatu documents.
