Circular to Clients on Blue Cards and Bunker Certificates

Dear Valued Clients,
In accordance with the directives of the Maritime Administrator of the Vanuatu International Shipping Registry, all Blue Cards must now be issued in the name of the management company, Vanuatu Logistics and Administrative Services Ltd.
Furthermore, all existing Blue Cards that bear the name of the old management company, Vanuatu Maritime Services Ltd. must be renewed by insurance providers no later than April 15, 2025.
Additionally, the renewal of Bunker Certificates must be requested directly from the Administration.
